Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy to buyers:

Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of these blankets (being varying sizes and colours by request), there will be no refunds / returns unless the items is significantly damaged during shipping, which is to be noted within 48 hours of receiving the blanket. Any other refund will be given at the discretion of the owner. Returns must be unused, with reasoning around the return (only applicable for items damaged during transit). 

Return Process - Since returns / refunds are only available for items damaged during shipping, the process MUST be initiated within 48 hours of order arrival, or else the refund / return will not be accepted. Refunds will be made back to the same original payment method only after the blanket has been returned and received at the shipping office.
